Certificate Originals

Please bring originals of the following on admission day:

  • Roll number
  • Offer of Admission Letter
  • Birth Certificate
  • 10th standard mark list/pass certificate
  • 12th standard mark list/pass certificate
  • Admit card for JEE Advanced/HSEE/GATE/relevant entrance exam
  • Community certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates (as applicable)
  • Certificate for Person with Disability candidates (as applicable)
  • Certificate for Environmentally Weaker Section candidates (as applicable)

Forms

The forms required for admission will have been sent to you along with your offer letter. They are also in the annexures of the Information Brochure attached above.

Please fill out all the applicable ones and bring them to campus on admission day.

  • Proof of tuition fee payment
  • Medical examination report (please note: this is distinct from the JOSAA-required medical report)

Hostel Accommodation

Hostel accommodation is available to all students on first-come basis. The hostel fee structure is available in the Information Brochure attached above.

Accommodation for new students for the [odd/even] semester starting [month, year] opens on [date, time] and closes on [date, time].

Availing Accommodation

Please carry the following documents to the allotted hostel for accommodation:

  • Proof of hostel fee payment
  • Filled-in biodata form (find the form at this link)
  • Passport-size photographs
