Hall Booking Request Form

Booking priorities:
  1. Institute-level events
  2. Student-organized events
  3. Department/Centre/Section–organized events
  4. Other establishments within campus (Charges as applicable, Refer note)

For venues which permit serving food, it must be arranged for by the event organisers.

Halls cannot be used for events organised by outsiders. Outsider participation in institute events is limited to speakers/ trainers.

Charges must be paid at the cash counter. A copy of the receipt should be submitted to the EE/CEC/Civil (as applicable) and DoSt Office at least 2 days before the event.
