CPC Overview
The Career Pathway Centre integrates IIT Madras's Placement & Internship offices, the
students' Career Development Cell (CDC), and the student-run Entrepreneurship Cell
(E-Cell) of the institute into a single newly established body. Its establishment is
aimed at providing students with a unified platform for diverse career trajectories.
This initiative is a pivotal step towards providing students with the opportunities,
tools and skillset they need to succeed in the ever-evolving professional landscape.
The objective of the Career Pathway Centre is to empower students to independently
navigate and decide their career paths. It has been designed to provide students with
knowledge, essential skills, and exposure to an entrepreneurial environment, all located
in one facility.
