• 1. Check room availability from this Google Sheet (QR code links to the same sheet).
• 2. Obtain requisition from your Hostel Office.
• 3. Fill in the form and attach ID proof for the guests (Siblings are allowed only when accompanied by parents).
• 4. Obtain your Hostel Wardens signature and submit the form at the TGH Reception Desk.

Note: Maximum allowed duration is 3 days.
