Check the availability of a venue before booking it. Students must log in with LDAP credentials to book a venue. Click 'Add new request' to fill the booking form. You will then receive an email containing the further steps required to confirm the booking.
The status of your request is visible on your dashboard. Booking requests will be approved before noon on the working day following the request.
Confirmations are subject to emergency cancellation for the Institute's reception of visiting dignitaries.
Check Hall AvailabilityFor additional lighting inside and outside a venue, prior permission must be obtained. Any serial lights must be at least 6 ft above ground level. Additional lighting outside a venue is permitted up to 10.00 pm.
Food will not be served in any hall.
All permissions must be obtained at least 48 hours in advance by email from the DoSt Office.
1. Make sure you are logged in.
2. Check the availability of your hall.
3. If the hall is available, click on the Hall Booking Request button to fill in the form.
Once you submit the form, you will receive an email with further actions before the booking can be confirmed.
Booking charges must be paid at the cash counter. A copy of the receipt should be submitted to the EE/CEC/Civil (as applicable) and DoSt Office at least 2 days before the event.
Hall booking requests will be approved the next working day before noon.
Meanwhile, the status of your request can be tracked from your Hall-booking dashboard.
